Objective

MTN-030 is a Phase I study that seeks to determine whether a woman’s use of a vaginal ring containing both the antiretroviral (ARV) drug dapivirine and the contraceptive drug Levonorgestrel is a safe and effective method for protecting against both unwanted pregnancy and HIV infection. The study will enroll women at two U.S. sites.
