Arlene joined AVAC in 2021; she is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to AP, AR, PR and Concur Expense Reporting, and she supports the annual audit process. Prior to joining AVAC, Arlene worked for several years at St John’s Residence for Boys as Director of Fiscal, Payroll and Support Services.
She has over 15 years of accounting experience working with organizations in the not-for-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a certification in the Fundamentals of Not-for-Profit Accounting from New York University. During her free time, Arlene enjoys cooking, tending to her garden and reading.
