Levi is Operation Coordinator at AVAC where he provides administration and operational support to the organization. In this role, Levi supports fundraising operations, organizational risk management, occasional project management and coordinates operations for the Board of Directors. Since joining AVAC, Levi has supported programs across the organization and a variety of special projects including an office refurbishment, conference and meeting coordination, assisted communications, developed AVAC’s Board Portal and curated the Weekly News Digest for five years.
Prior to joining AVAC, Levi was Support Specialist in the Center Services department at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center in New York City where he provided office management and operations support to the Center Services department. While at the Center, Levi built Center Recovery’s third-party insurance billing program and conducted billing activities to support the outpatient recovery program. Levi joined AVAC in 2017, bringing over a decade of experience working in community-based organizations in New York. Levi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York Hunter College where he majored in Art History
