Objective

Examine the effect of a clinic-based multi-component intervention delivered to HIV patients when they attend clinic for primary car. The hypothesis is that the intervention will improve the viral load status of pateints and improve attendance for HIV primary care.

Description
Evidence-based treatments for alcohol use disorders; community mobilization and partner services to increase the number of at-risk MSM tested; expansion of testing algorithms to detect and establish infection; linkage to care; linkage to care and ART at enrolment visit; and promotion of continued HIV care and treatment.

Description
No Intervention: Standard of care control HIV patients will continue to receive existing standard of care practices at the clinic without receiving the multi-component intervention.
